Warranty

The J. Lewis Small Company, Inc. warrants your class ring and simulated birthstone to be free from defects in
workmanship or material for the life of the ring. Any ring not meeting these standards will be repaired or replaced
with identical specifications without charge.

In addition to this LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, we provide the
following special benefits for your ring:

•  Resizing at no additional charge if in resizable condition. If precious metal, there may be a nominal charge if increasing finger size
•  Replacing defective, broken or chipped simulated birthstones. (Diamonds and other genuine stones are NOT included under this warranty but can be replaced at their current market value.)
•  Restoring original finish.
•  Free one-time graduation year change and or school transfer changes while you are still in high school up until 3 months after your graduation.
•  If your ring should be damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, we offer a one-time trade-in or complete replacement with a new ring for a nominal replacement charge.
•  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
•  This warranty is void if any work is performed on your ring by anyone other than J. Lewis Small Company, Inc.

Please note that shipping is NOT included. The above warranty applies to rings manufactured after September 1980. We cannot repair rings
manufactured by other companies. Please call, write to customer service, for trade-in/replacement quotes or with any questions.
